The Grade 8 class had to write a spell in rhyming
couplets similar to the spell brewed by the witches
in Macbeth. The following spell was "brewed" by
Kyle:
Wool of sheep, and cow's udder,
Man's cut off toe, while he did shudder,
Sand of desert, spine of lizzard,
Plastic dog, and wind of blizzard,
Steel of sword, and castle's brick,
Wine of keg, and fly that's sick,
Lung of chicken, cardboard box,
Tail slivered from a fox.
