TOASTMASTERS INTERNATIONAL YOUTH LEADERSHIP COURSE

Early in 2017, Nanjala started a Debating Club at school. A number of students joined the club, and Dr Ian Bratt and Thandeka from Toastmasters International were invited to present a Youth Leadership Course. After the successful completion of the six week course, a Leadership Presentation was held to present the students with their Certificates of Completion, and also to give the students an opportunity to show off the skills they've learnt from Dr Bratt and Thandeka.

A number of parents and teachers attended the event, and were duly impressed by our young people.

Cameron was in hospital, and therefore unable to attend the event. We're looking forward to seeing him back at school soon.

Motshedi has received an UNCONDITIONAL offer from the University of Plymouth in the UK, to study a BA (Hons) Business, starting 15 January 2018. We are so very proud of you Motshedi, and we know that you'll do well and bring honour to the name of our school.

TOP MARKS 7 SEPTEMBER 2017

Gabi wrote IGCSE Maths Core and achieved 82%. Very well done!

PAIGE IS A TOP ACHIEVER

Paige got a certificate and a trophy for being the TOP ACHIEVER in the High School category - horse riding. The certificate and trophy were awarded by SANESA. She also received a badge for making it into the Ekurhuleni A-Team.
